We want you to feel confident investing in your Second Act. That’s why we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

Full Refund Guarantee

If you enroll in Act Two and decide it’s not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the program start date – no hassle, no hoops.

To request a refund, email us at dan@act-two.academy with:

• Your full name

• The email address used for enrollment

• A brief note (optional) about why you’re leaving – it helps us improve

We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

After 14 Days

Because Act Two is a live, immersive experience and spots are limited, we do not offer refunds beyond the 14-day window. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and helps us plan and support our cohorts effectively.

Special Circumstances

We know life happens. If you face extraordinary circumstances, reach out. While we can’t guarantee a refund, we’ll consider credits or deferrals on a case-by-case basis.
