These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our program and use of our website, services, and community spaces. By enrolling or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Act Two is an online program helping mid-career professionals launch meaningful creative projects and explore their Second Act. We offer live sessions, community engagement, and curated learning experiences over a six-week sprint.

2. What You Get

When you enroll, you receive:

• Access to six live Core Sessions

• Workshops, AI Labs, Action Gyms, and guest sessions

• Community feedback and support

• Lifetime access to materials and the Act Two virtual community

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Participate respectfully and constructively

• Share your work openly within the community

• Not plagiarize, spam, or promote inappropriate content

• Uphold our community values.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these principles.

4. Payments & Refunds

The program costs $2000 USD. Full payment is due at enrollment. If you’re unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the program start. Email dan@act-two.academy with your request.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original work you create during the program. Act Two retains rights to all program content, materials, and recordings. Please don’t share or republish our content without permission.

6. Disclaimers

Act Two provides educational guidance and community support. We don’t guarantee creative success, financial returns, or specific outcomes. This is a launchpad, not a silver bullet.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we do, we’ll post changes here and notify you if they’re substantial.
